The number "37" of the top 100 publishing and printing enterprises in China is the number of publishing and printing enterprises listed in the top 100 printing enterprises in 2006, and it is also the sample enterprise to be analyzed in this paper. What is different from previous years is that the 37 top 100 publication printing enterprises selected this time have diversified business scope, which is not limited to a single publication printing field, but mostly appear in the face of mixed operation. The current situation of diversified business of enterprises has prompted us to change our view of the main business pointed to in the traditional sense. Publication printing enterprises can appear in the queue of packaging and printing enterprises, and packaging and printing enterprises can also have their own publication printing business. Out of respect for objective facts, the top 100 publication printing enterprises mentioned in this paper are more extensive in extension. Readers can find some representative enterprises in the field of packaging and printing, such as Huzhou tianwai, Jiangyin Unicom, Jiangsu Taipingyang, Lijia, etc., in this team with a little attention. 37 listed enterprises
37 top 100 publication printing enterprises, 65% of which have entered the field of diversified business, and mixed operation has become an objective trend. In the face of changes in wages, diversified management can be regarded as a choice to relieve pressure. In fact, even if the remaining 35% of the enterprises still adhere to the publication printing camp, analyzing their specific business composition, we can find that diversification is also a trend. Half of the enterprises clearly stated that their main businesses are involved in many fields of publication printing, such as books, periodicals, magazines, newspapers and so on. Although there are differences in the interpretation and expression of diversity, they come to the same end by different ways
in terms of major economic indicators, 37 publishing and printing enterprises listed on the list received a sales revenue of 20.636 billion yuan in 2005, accounting for 40% of the total sales revenue of 52.136 billion yuan of the top 100; In terms of total assets, industrial added value, realized profits and taxes, total profits, number of employees and other indicators, 37 enterprises contributed 44%, 46% (provided by 34), 34% (provided by 36), 33% (provided by 35) and 55% respectively. Among the 37 enterprises, Hongxing Printing Group Co., Ltd. ranks second in the overall list with its absolute strength of 1.916 billion yuan. Although Heilongjiang printing center ranked 97th in the overall list, its sales revenue of 206 million yuan finally broke the bottom line of the index of the listed publication printing enterprises by 200 million yuan, and the group army of 100 million yuan reached a new level
in terms of the nature of ownership, among the publishing and printing enterprises on the list, foreign-funded enterprises, state-owned and state-owned holding enterprises occupy the absolute main force, taking 16 and 15 seats respectively. Joint stock enterprises rank third, with 5 seats, while private enterprises only get 1 seat. Among the three foreign-funded enterprises, 7 are wholly-owned enterprises, 6 are Sino foreign joint ventures, 2 are Sino foreign cooperative enterprises, and 1 is a "three to one" enterprise
4 enterprises' strength versus base performance can also be known from the following group of data. In view of the absolute quantitative advantages of foreign-funded enterprises and state-owned and state-owned holding enterprises, only the data comparison of these two types of enterprises is provided here. No matter from the average sales revenue, average total assets showing the scale level, or from the average realized profits and taxes and average total profits showing the benefit level, the three foreign-funded enterprises are far higher than the state-owned and state-owned holding enterprises
printing method is a new item in this top 100 survey. Of the 37 enterprises, 34 responded. 26 enterprises chose offset printing alone, and the other 8 enterprises made multiple choices in offset printing, gravure printing, flexo printing, silk screen printing and other methods. As mentioned above, 13 of the 37 enterprises are solely engaged in publication printing, but after the introduction of a variety of printing businesses, 26 enterprises still use offset printing alone, showing the technical trend of publication printing enterprises after they engage in diversified product production
the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the Bohai rim are three industrial belts in the traditional sense. It has always been regarded as the gathering place of the main forces of the printing industry. The performance of the top 100 publication printing enterprises has once again proved this point. 89% of the listed enterprises and 92.7% of the sales revenue come from the above three industrial belts. See Figure 3 for details. In 2005, 16 publication printing enterprises from the Pearl River Delta achieved a sales revenue of 10.764 billion yuan, leading 52% of the sales share; 13 enterprises from the Yangtze River Delta followed suit, with a sales revenue of 6.694 billion yuan, taking a 32% share; In the Bohai Rim region, which is rich in publishing resources, four enterprises took 8% of the share with only 1.672 billion yuan. The huge contrast between resources and strength still plagues the Bohai Rim printing industry. It seems that it will not be easy to reverse this situation in the near future
compared with the top 100 list last year, we can see that only two of the 37 publishing and printing enterprises on the list did not appear in the previous year. The two enterprises are the printing center of Changjiang newspaper group and Suzhou printing general factory. Taking the remaining 35 enterprises as samples will help us to observe the increase and decrease of their economic indicators closely. From the perspective of the adjusted revenue body, the sales revenue of the eight top 100 publication printing enterprises fell to varying degrees in 2005, with a maximum decline of 36%; The sales revenue of 10 enterprises increased by 0 ~ 10%; The growth rate of 17 enterprises exceeded 10%. The two enterprises with the fastest growth rate are Nanfang news agency printing factory (64.08%) and Shanghai donnery Printing Co., Ltd. (56.7%). When the newspaper market and publication market are generally impacted, it is worth exploring the counter trend of the two enterprises
the growth of newspaper printing slowed down
in the previous list analysis, in view of the obvious rapid growth trend of newspaper printing industry, we opened a separate plate for two consecutive years to observe it. The Convention is still followed here. Among this year's top 100 enterprises, newspaper printing enterprises took only 11 seats, down 4 seats from the previous year. The printing center of Wenhui Xinmin United newspaper group, which ranks first, ranks 30th in the general list with a sales revenue of 573million yuan, compared with the first place of the newspaper industry in the top 100 list last year. As a non-metallic branch, I have 3. Spring tension fatigue testing machine oil pump forced lubrication mechanism: with the industry leaders committed to promoting water-based Pu technology under high-frequency working conditions, although the sales index has increased slightly, But it still fell 7 places in the total ranking
the performance of 11 newspaper printing enterprises in 2005 is as follows: the sales revenue was 4.175 billion yuan, accounting for 20% of the list of publication printing enterprises, accounting for 8% of the total sales revenue of the top 100. In terms of individual enterprises, compared with last year, among the 10 newspaper printing enterprises listed at the same time, 3 showed a downward trend in their sales revenue indicators in 2005, up to 8%
the unsatisfactory performance of newspaper printing enterprises in this year's top 100 ranking is related to the decrease in the number of newspaper printing enterprises participating in the top 100 ranking. A newspaper boss said that if the printing volume is ranked according to the more recognized printing volume in the newspaper industry, more newspaper printing enterprises should enter the top 100. Accordingly, the existing ranking will also change. In order to reflect the actual situation of the newspaper printing industry more objectively and truly, we specially selected and published the ranking of the annual printing volume of newspapers in 2005 published by the China Newspaper Association in this journal (see the special report in the 4th issue of 2006 of the printing manager for details)
comparing Table 2 with this year's top 100 list, among the top five, except for the printing center of Guangzhou newspaper group, which is the leader of newspaper printing volume, and the printing center of Yangcheng Evening News Group, which is not involved in the top 100 ranking, other enterprises are included, and the ranking is basically close. However, in the last five places, the coincidence of the two is low. Liaoning printing factory and Xinhua news agency printing factory failed to provide sales revenue containing paper, falling behind in the top 100 list
the weak performance of newspaper printing enterprises in the top 100 list relative to last year is also related to the slowdown of the overall growth pace of newspaper printing industry in 2005. According to the statistical data of the Newspaper Association, the growth rate of the total printing volume of newspapers nationwide in 2005 was only 3.18%, while the average annual growth rate of the total printing volume of newspapers nationwide from 1995 to 2004 was about 15%. The newspaper printing industry, which suddenly fell from the peak to the trough, suffered an unprecedented blow in 2005. Xia Tianjun, a consultant of China Newspaper Association, said that among the 29 enterprises with an annual printing volume of more than 1billion copies, 11 had a negative growth rate and 6 had a growth rate of less than 3%
the decline of advertising revenue and circulation, the impact of new media, and the impact of these adverse factors on the newspaper printing industry did not end with the end of 2005. Taking 2005 as a turning point, it is a general consensus in the industry that the newspaper industry has entered a period of adjustment. In an interview with this newspaper, a boss said that the 2008 and 2010 Olympic Games and WorldExpo will be the best time for the newspaper industry to rebound. We are also looking forward to the renewed efforts of the newspaper industry to get out of the trough and return to the peak
