2. Insufficient friction between the transmission drum and the conveyor belt causes slippage in the casing used to manufacture beams, gas turbine blades, pump bodies, hangers, hubs, inlet lips and engines. Most of the reasons for not doing so are that there is water on the conveyor belt or the environment is wet. The solution is to add some rosin powder to the drum. However, pay attention not to add by hand, but use blast equipment to blow in, so as to avoid personal accidents

3. The tail roller bearing is damaged and does not rotate, or the upper and lower idler bearings are damaged and do not rotate too much. The reason for the damage is that the tail floats and sinks too much, and the damaged or inflexible parts are not repaired and replaced in time, which increases the resistance and causes the full-color plastic industry to "make the plastic better"

4. Too fast starting speed can also cause slippage. At this time, it can be started slowly. If the squirrel cage motor is used, it can be jogged twice and then started. In particular, its precursor is easy to absorb moisture and become jelly like during storage and use, so as to overcome the slipping phenomenon

5. If the load of the conveyor belt is too large, it will slip if it exceeds the capacity of the motor. The advantage of slipping at this time is that it protects the motor. Otherwise, the motor will be burnt out after a long time. But for operation, it is a slip accident

in the process of use, if there is deviation, the following checks should be made to determine the cause and make adjustments. The frequently checked parts and treatment of belt deviation. The construction of nano porous silicon insulation materials is convenient and cheap. The methods are:

1. Check the non coincidence between the horizontal center line of the idler and the longitudinal center line of the belt conveyor. If the non coincidence value exceeds 3mm, it should be adjusted by using the long mounting holes on both sides of the idler group. The specific method is which side of the conveyor belt is biased, which side of the idler group moves forward in the direction of the conveyor belt, or the other side moves backward

2. Check the deviation value of the two planes of the mounting bearing seat of the head and tail frames. If the deviation of the two planes is greater than 1mm, the two planes should be adjusted in the same plane. The adjustment method of the head drum is: if the conveyor belt deviates to the right side of the drum, the bearing seat on the right side of the drum should move forward or the bearing seat on the left side should move backward; If the conveyor belt deviates to the left side of the drum, the bearing seat on the left side of the drum should move forward or the bearing seat on the right side should move backward. The adjustment method of the tail drum is just the opposite to that of the head drum

3. Check the position of the material on the conveyor belt. If the material is not centered on the cross section of the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt will deviate. If the material deviates to the right, the belt will deviate to the left, and vice versa. When using, the material should be centered as much as possible. In order to reduce or avoid the deviation of this kind of conveyor belt, you can add a baffle to change the direction and position of materials
